Delivery

At Pippi Hepburn, all items are hand made to order.  For this reason, delivery will be within 1-3 weeks from order date.  Generally items arrive well before this but we prefer to state later then sooner delivery.  If you need your item sooner, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.  We totally understand.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that upon receipt of our pieces, you are ecstatic with joy.  However, if for some reason you find yourself feeling unfortunate, you may return the pieces provided that:

1. You have first contacted Pippi Hepburn within 72 hours of delivery by phone at 917-609-1047, or by email at Lisa@pippihepburn.com, and please tell us why you wish to return the product.

2. We receive the return within 10 days of original delivery.  The package must be sent to us with with tracking info via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.  We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us.  Please note that you are responsible for taking all due care to ensure the items are received in good condition, and not damaged in transit.

3. Item was purchased at pippihepburn.com.  Items purchased from our retail partners cannot be returned to pippihepburn.com.  Nor may items purchased from pippihepburn be returned to our retail partners.

4. The item is new, unworn, unaltered and unused.  The item must be in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging, and tags attached.  Please be sure to send your name, address and/or a copy of the packing slip.

5. Shipping must be pre-paid by sender.  We will not accept CODs or third-party billing on returns or exchanges.

Provided that all of the above has been accomplished,  pippihepburn.com will refund the price of your item plus shipping to you and applicable sales tax, within 15 days of item receipt.  Shipping back to us, is non-refundable.

Damaged Goods

We take every precaution to see that your goods are undamaged.  But occasionally, something beyond our control may happen during shipping.   If you receive an item that has incurred shipping damages, please email us with a photo and description of the damage.  We will refund you the full amount, plus the return shipping, within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item.

Color

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of color reproduction, color may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software or printer.

Errors

Every effort has been made on pippihepburn.com to ensure that all information appearing on the website is correct.  However, we are human and should be discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, Pippi Hepburn, and our agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, losses, cost and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these
